I am Peter Solarski, the founder of Forge Lead. I help UK bespoke makers get known by the architects who could specify them, through a steady, personal presence on LinkedIn in the maker's own name. I also build Voice OS, an AI writing system that writes in your own voice, and websites for small businesses. I am Polish-born, based near Banbury in Oxfordshire, and a father of four.
Who is Peter Solarski?
I run Forge Lead on my own. When you work with Forge Lead, you work with me: I am on the first call, I write your posts, and I am the one who starts the conversations with architects from your account. There is no account manager in between and no junior team you never meet.
I was born in Poland and live near Banbury, in Oxfordshire, with my family. I am a father of four. I write in English for clients and in Polish for myself, and in both cases the rule is the same: the words have to sound like the person whose name is on them.
Why did I start Forge Lead?
Forge Lead started as lead generation for local trades. My first client was a roofing firm. The work was simple: get the phone to ring. It taught me a lot about how small businesses win work, and about how little most marketing does for them.
Then I started looking at makers: the people who make steel doors, staircases, stone, glazing and metalwork. Their problem was different. Their best customers do not search on Google. They are architects, who write a maker's name into a drawing because they already know and trust that maker. If an architect has never heard of you, there is no ad that fixes it.
That is a relationship problem, not an advertising problem. And it is one a small workshop rarely has time to solve. Large manufacturers employ specification reps whose whole job is to make sure architects know their name. A workshop with ten people does not. Forge Lead is the closest thing to that person a small maker can have, working through the owner's own LinkedIn profile.
In 2026 I went all in on it. Since 6 July 2026 I have worked with a luxury steel door maker in London, and the first 90 days are written up, with screenshots of the architects' messages, in the steel doors case study.
How do I work?
A few rules I keep, whoever the client is.
- You approve every word. Nothing goes out in your name until you have read it and said yes. If a sentence does not sound like you, it changes.
- The relationships are yours. They are built on your profile, in your name, and they stay with you if we ever stop working together.
- One maker per category. I will not introduce two competing makers to the same architects. Once a category is taken, it is closed.
- No promises I cannot keep. I will not promise orders by a date. Architects work to project timetables, and anyone who promises otherwise is guessing. If you want fireworks by Friday, I am not your guy.
- An honest filter. If the sums do not work for your business, I will tell you on the first call rather than take the work.
What does Forge Lead offer?
LinkedIn for bespoke makers
The main service. Two calls with you, then posts in your voice, connections with the right architects and real conversations started from your account. When an architect asks about a project, you take the call. How it works.
Voice OS
For founders, experts and business owners who want to write their own posts in their own voice. A voice guide, a story bank, an opinion bank and your positioning, set up in ChatGPT or Claude. I use one myself. About Voice OS.
Websites for small businesses
Designed around your business, fast on every phone, built on WordPress you can edit yourself, with hosting and setup sorted. This site is built the same way. About websites.
What have I learned so far?
A few things the first months of this work have made clear, and that shape how I run it.
Architects reply when you are useful, not when you are loud. The messages that start conversations make no pitch. They give an architect a reason to remember the maker. In the case study, 55 architects and architectural technologists replied to about 440 opening messages.
The owner's name beats the company logo. An architect with a technical question wants a person who can answer it. Posts from a real person, about real jobs, travel further too: 72% of the people who saw the steel door maker's posts were not already connected to her.
The product still has to be good. Attention gets the work tested. The architect who visited the showroom and wrote that she would be happy to specify the products did so because of what she saw there, not because of a post.
It is slow, and that is the point. The six-figure enquiry in the case study came 12 weeks in. A maker who starts now is building the list of architects who will know their name next year.
How do I get in touch?
The quickest way is a 15-minute call. You can also email hello@forgelead.co.uk, call or WhatsApp +44 7388 558783, use the contact form or message me on LinkedIn, where you will find me as Piotr Solarski.
Questions people ask me
Is Forge Lead an agency?
No. It is me. I do the writing, the outreach and the calls myself, which is also why I take on one maker per category and a small number of clients at a time.
Why Peter and Piotr?
Piotr is my Polish name. Peter is the English version, and the one most clients use. Both are me.
Where are you based?
Near Banbury, in Oxfordshire. I work with makers and businesses across the UK, mostly on calls and on LinkedIn, so location rarely matters.
Do you only work with makers?
The main LinkedIn service is only for UK bespoke makers who sell through architects. Voice OS and websites are open to other businesses, founders and experts.
Do you write in my voice or yours?
Yours. Everything starts with calls where you talk about your work, and the posts are written from those calls in the way you speak. You approve every one.
