Voice OS Sprint

Your voice, pulled apart and handed back to you.

One long conversation. Out of it, a system that writes your LinkedIn posts in your actual voice, off your actual stories. You own it. I don't run it for you.

The same person, before and after
I'm thrilled to share some exciting insights on leadership.
Honestly, most of what I know about leading a team I learned the hard way, and I'm still learning it.

Why this exists

You already know LinkedIn brings you clients. Someone reads a few of your posts, decides you're the person they want, and reaches out. That part works.

So you tried to feed it. You hired an agency at around a thousand pounds a month, and after a while the posts stopped sounding like you. Or you tried writing with AI, and fixing the templated version ate more time than writing from scratch would have. Every post came out with those long dashes and that flat rhythm that isn't yours.

Both roads end in the same place. The voice on the page drifts away from the voice in the room.

What you get, and how it's split

There are two things here, and they do different jobs.

Built once

The engine

We build it in one sitting. You get a Voice Blueprint plus a set-up that runs on it. You, or your assistant, drop the files into Claude, write "give me a post on this, in my voice, from my stories," and three minutes later it's there and it reads like you wrote it.

It's yours. It keeps working when I'm nowhere near it.

Live, if you want it

The room

Once a month, you and me, on a call, 60 to 90 minutes. We mine new stories, retune the voice as your business moves, and pull apart what's actually landing.

Between sessions I send you nothing, because the engine already does the writing. You pay for the hour with a person, not for someone quietly babysitting your account.

monthly · optional · after the sprint

I split it this way on purpose, because a live room is a real conversation every time, and running your account week to week is a chore I would do badly. So I only sell you the part I'm actually good at.

Inside the Blueprint

Your voice, taken apart into pieces you can reuse.

The one conversation

Two and a half, maybe three hours. Yes, it's long.

It's long because it is the product, not the warm-up to it. This is where the whole thing comes from, so I don't rush it.

One founder came off it and said he felt like he was in a podcast.

Someone else who hadn't touched their own craft in three years sat down straight after and finally wrote their profile, and saw on paper how much they'd actually done. The conversation does that on its own, before a single post exists.

What I won't promise

I'm not going to hand you a number I don't have.

I won't tell you "expect this many leads by week six." I don't have that data yet, and I'm not going to invent it to close you. What I will promise is a system that is yours and sounds like you. Whether that turns into leads, we watch together, honestly, with real posts.

What it costs

The free call comes first, on purpose.

Free

I take three of your posts, rewrite one, and give you three angles you're sitting on and not using. You see your own voice decomposed before you pay a thing.

The build

The engine

£1,750 · one time

The full Blueprint and the set-up that runs on it, built in one sitting and handed over. The sprint tends to sell itself once you've done the free call, which is why the call goes first.

Keep it live

The room

from £350 · monthly

One live session a month, each one different. Take it or leave it after the sprint. Nothing here runs on autopilot.

// set your own rhythm

For the maths: an agency runs you about a thousand a month and slowly stops sounding like you. Here you pay once for the engine, and the monthly, if you even want it, is live time with me.

Where this goes

I'm properly into this thing. And I'm not talking you into anything.

I think what I build with you beats what an agency hands over, and I like doing the work, so I'll happily tell you that. But I'm not running any hard sell here. Book the free call, see your own voice sitting on the page, and decide from there.
